They are of the special infiltration squads from Ralain.
Since the alliance between the planets Silar and Ralain has been made , they organized highly trained squads to eliminate officers and leaders of dangerous enemies that posed a threat to the alliance or other independent planets.
They are now approaching the temporary residence of their current target, through an unexpected path , through the rooftops of the streetside houses.

(There are currently only ralainians in this squad , although the squads are usually mixed)
