About the missile launcher: It might tire her to carry it around on her belly. I think it would be more efficient if it were on both sides. But then it wouldn't look as good.
The picture would be a bit more realistic if she had a solid shadow, so she doesn't look like she's floating or anything.
Overall, it's a stunning picture that makes you want to look more.

Well, in theory, this equipment isn't carried long distances, but maximum about a few kilometers away form a nearby hiding place or supply vehicle (because this equipment is intended for defending an area, mostly against aircraft and vehicles). So being tired wearing it isn't an important factor...
You're right about the shadow, i'll keep this in mind when drawing pictures.
